I'm alright

So I finished this quite a while ago but I never did upload it.... partially cause i didn't know whether to put Kantai Collection or one of Haruna's quotes...

I tried to make it kinda sad or something.... since historically, Haruna was the last Kongou class battlecruiser to sink so I tried to get that sort of atmosphere going

Having said all that, i have absolutely no clue what is going on with her left arm.... it kinda just ended up that way... OTL

and i shall stop ranting...
